(a) The City Planning Commission as established by Section 1101.01 shall hold one regular meeting during each calendar month for the purpose of acting on matters pending before it, provided in Ohio R.C. Chapter 713, and the Codified Ordinances.
(b) Such meetings shall be held at a reasonable time and place as prescribed by the Commission and shall, at all times, be open to the public.
