1101.01 MEMBERSHIP.

The City Planning Commission shall consist of the Mayor, the Director of Public Service, the President of the Board of Park Commissioners and four residents of the City. The members shall serve without compensation and shall be appointed by the Mayor for terms of six years each, except that the terms of two of the members shall be for three years.
