911.20 GREASE TRAPS AND STRAINERS; INSPECTIONS AND FEES.
   (a)   All private sewers connecting with packing houses or butcher shops, laundries, hotels, eating houses, restaurants or other public cooking establishments shall be provided with grease traps and strainers of such design as approved by the State Board of Building Standards or which is otherwise consistent with the provisions of the Ohio Plumbing Code.

   (b)   The City shall have the authority to inspect and enforce compliance with the standards established in Section 911.20(a). There shall be a fifty dollar ($50.00) inspection fee for each inspection until the private sewer connection is found to be in compliance with the standards established in Section 911.20(a). The City may continue to inspect grease traps until compliance is achieved. Unpaid inspection fees may be added to the utility bill for the user of the private sewer connection described in the previous paragraph.
   (c)   If the City discovers a blockage in the private sewer connection, the City may, at its option, clear the blockage and charge the user of the private sewer connection described in the paragraph (a) of this section for the cost of clearing the blockage. Such charges may also be added to the utility bill for the user of the private sewer connection described in the previous paragraph or liened against the real estate.
