No person to whom a Class A, B or C license is issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4749.03, and no registered employee of such license holder shall carry a firearm in the course of engaging in the business of private investigation, the business of security services, or both, unless he receives a notation on his identification card issued by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce that he is a firearm bearer, and he is registered with the Police Department, as provided in Section 761.02, supplying a copy of his identification card indicating such notation.
