§ 30.11 VILLAGE MANAGER; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   For provisions regarding the powers and duties of the Village Manager, see Charter, Article V, § 2.
   (B)   The Village Manager's unmarked vehicle shall be available for the Manager's unlimited use, 24 hours per day, except for out of town vacations, so that the Village Manager may be contacted and available to respond to the village whenever necessary.
