§ 36.07 GUIDELINES FOR THE USE OF VILLAGE AUTOMOBILES.
   The Police Chief's unmarked vehicle shall be available for the Chief's unlimited use, 24 hours per day, except for out of town vacations, so that the Chief may be contacted and available to respond to the village whenever necessary.
