PERMITS AND FEES
§ 50.10 CONNECTION PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall directly or indirectly cause or permit any connection to be made with any sewer within the village limits without a permit from the Building Commissioner, nor shall any person cause or permit such connection to be made contrary to the provisions of this chapter. Each ten days' use of a sewer connection unlawfully made shall constitute a separate offense.

§ 50.11 CONNECTION PERMIT FEE.
   Where a sewer connection is made directly with a street or other sewer within the village, a permit fee of $10 shall be paid by the sewer tapper applicant. Where the connection is made with an existing house lateral, either at the curb line or at the property line, or within the property line, a permit fee of $10 shall be paid by the applicant.

§ 50.12 PERMIT ISSUED ONLY TO APPROVED SEWER TAPPER.
   No permit for the making of sewer connections shall be issued to any person other than a sewer tapper, approved as provided in § 50.02.
