(A) A separate license must be obtained for each branch established or separate place operated by any private club, and each license shall authorize the operation of a private club only at the location described in the license, and in conformity to the ordinances of the city and the laws of the state and of the United States.
(B) No license shall be transferable to another person or to any other location.
