The garbage and rubbish rate classifications shall be as follows.
(A) Charges for trash pickup.
(1) Residential.
(a) Residents who are inside or within a three-mile radius of the city limits and who receive city water services will pay a monthly service charge which is on file in the City Clerk’s office. Trash will be picked up twice a week with a limit of no more than four containers per customer; or
(b) Residents who are outside the three-mile radius of the city limits and who do not receive city water services will pay a monthly service charge which is on file in the City Clerk’s office. Trash will be picked up once a week with a limit of no more than one two-yard container or eight regular containers per customer.
(2) Commercial. Commercial businesses that are inside or within a three-mile radius of the city limits and that receive city water services will pay a monthly service charge which is on file in the City Clerk’s office. Trash will be picked up twice a week with a limit of no more than eight containers per customer.
(B) Charges for dumpsters. Charges for dumpsters provided by the city for commercial businesses shall be on file in the City Clerk’s office.
