§ 44-261. PLACEMENT OF RECEPTACLES.
   The placing, maintenance, or keeping of any can or container for garbage, trash, or other refuse upon the portion of any lot dedicated to the use of streets, commonly known as parking, in any residential area of the city is hereby prohibited, and declared to be a nuisance.
