§ 44-233. COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS.
   The following requirements are herewith set up by the city in the collection of garbage and rubbish.
   (A)   Where alley access is available, residential customers are required to place trash containers on the alley outside of any yard fence or enclosed structure.
   (B)   Where alley access is not available, residential customers are required to place containers no further back than the back line of the dwelling and outside of any yard fence or enclosed structure.
   (C)   Corner lot customers who do not have alley access may have their garbage or rubbish picked up from the side street, provided the containers are placed not further back on the lot than the back line of the dwelling and outside of any yard fence or enclosed structure.
   (D)   Rocks and dirt shall not be placed in trash containers, and pickup services will not be provided on these materials.
   (E)   Tree trimmings, hedge clippings, and similar material shall be cut to lengths not to exceed four feet and separately tied in bundles not more than two feet thick before being deposited for collection, or be placed in containers.
   (F)   All grass clippings and yard trimmings shall be placed in a disposable plastic bag of sufficient strength to contain the contents when lifted. Bags of grass clippings and yard trimmings shall be placed in the front of each yard for pick up each Wednesday.
   (G)   Failure to comply with any of these provisions in regards to the collection of garbage and refuse shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $50 per occurrence, per day.
