Upon an annual written request for exemption submitted to the Business Manager’s office, a committee comprised of the Mayor, Business Manager, and Chair of the Sanitation Committee will be allowed to make exceptions to § 44-228 if said water meter is used only for agricultural purposes or gardening purposes.
