§ 44-227. SERVICE OUTSIDE THE THREE-MILE RADIUS.
   Those residences or businesses that have a city meter and live beyond the three-mile radius of the city limits shall not be required to pay for charges for the collection of garbage and rubbish unless the city and the owner of the water meter both are in agreement thereto.
