§ 44-226. MANDATORY COLLECTION SERVICE.
   Each residence or business that is within the city limits or that is within three miles of the city that has a city water meter will be required to pay the city’s monthly charge for collection and disposition of garbage and rubbish, except as hereinafter provided.
