§ 44-166. REGARDING INDUSTRIAL USERS.
   At the present time, there are not significant industrial users in the city. If an industrial user should desire to locate in the city and make use of the sewerage system, an industrial cost recovery system will be initiated at the time to compensate for his or her use of the system.
