(A) If discharges or proposed discharges to public sewers may:
(1) Deleteriously affect wastewater facilities, processes, equipment, or receiving waters;
(2) Create a hazard to life or health; or
(3) Create a public nuisance.
(B) The approving authority shall require:
(1) Pretreatment to an acceptable condition discharge to the public sewers;
(2) Control over the quantities and rates of discharge to the public sewers; and
(3) Payment to cover the cost of handling and treating the wastes.
(C) The approving authority is entitled to determine whether a discharge or proposed discharge is included under § 44-151(A).
(D) The approving authority shall reject wastes when:
(1) It determines that a discharge or proposed discharge is included under § 44-151(A); and
(2) The discharger does not meet the requirements of § 44-151(A).
