§ 44-143. STORMWATER AND OTHER UNPOLLUTED DRAINAGE.
   (A)   No person may discharge or cause to be discharged to public sanitary sewers:
      (1)   Unpolluted stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, or subsurface drainage;
      (2)   Unpolluted cooling water;
      (3)   Unpolluted industrial process waters; or
      (4)   Other unpolluted drainage.
   (B)   In compliance with the State Water Pollution Control Act (Amendments of 1972), being 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq., and other statutes, the approving authority may designate storm sewers and other water courses into which unpolluted drainage described in subsection (A) above of this section may be discharged.
   (C)   Any new conditions from inflow sources into the sanitary sewer portions of the sewer system shall be prohibited.
   (D)   All new sewers shall be properly designed and constructed in accordance with the State Health Department requirements.
   (E)   Connections shall be in accordance with the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., Standard Plumbing Code, 1975.
