§ 44-120. SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CITY.
   The city will accept sewage from persons located outside of the city limits who are served by a sewer lift station located outside the city limits, provided the following conditions are met.
   (A)   The users will install their own gathering system and lift station at their own expense and maintain the gathering system at their own expense.
   (B)   The city will do routine, but not major, maintenance on and operate the lift station; however, if the pumps, motors, or duplex electrical panel require rebuilding or replacement, this will not be paid for by the city, but shall be the responsibility of the users, and the city will discontinue service until such rebuilding or replacement is completed.
   (C)   Users shall pay a monthly charge as set by the Mayor and City Council for this service, which also includes acceptance of the sewage by the city, which charge to be part of, and in addition to the bill for other city services. If the charges are not paid in full as due, all city services may be discontinued, as provided in § 44-193.
   (D)   No sewage will be accepted by the city which will damage the city sewage system. Should nonacceptable sewage be introduced into the lines, then the entire sewage system shall be disconnected from the city sewage lines until corrected.
