§ 44-85. CITY CLERK TO PROCURE APPROVAL OF STATE BOARD OF HEALTH.
   The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to procure the consent and approval of the State Board of Health to the use of apparatus and equipment, and the introduction of fluoride in the drinking water of the city furnished and to be furnished to its citizens.
