§ 44-47. RATES AND SERVICES CHARGED TO CONSUMER OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
   In compliance with applicable law, the city may only sell water to persons outside the city limits under written contract, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by negotiation between the city and each of the persons, firms, or corporations.
