§ 42-622. UNNECESSARY NOISES UNLAWFUL.
   It is unlawful for any engineer or other person, while operating a locomotive within or through the city, to cause unnecessary or prolonged blasts with a whistle on the locomotive or to allow or cause any unnecessary noises from the locomotive. This section does not prohibit those sounds warning of the train approaching a crossing as required in federal law.
