The operator of a bicycle or motorized scooter emerging from an alley or driveway shall, upon approaching a sidewalk or sidewalk area extending across the alley or driveway, yield the right-of-way to all pedestrians approaching on the sidewalk or sidewalk area. Upon entering the roadway, the bicycle or motorized scooter operator shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the roadway.
