It is unlawful for any retail dealer to sell, or offer for sale, furnish, or give away any low-point beer for consumption on the premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any weekday or Saturday and between the hours of 2:00 a.m. on Sunday and 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
