§ 42-519. APPLICATION OF BICYCLE OR MOTORIZED SCOOTER REGULATIONS.
   The provisions of this article shall apply whenever a bicycle or motorized scooter is operated upon any street or upon any public way; or upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated in this article.
