It is unlawful for any person to sell, barter, or offer to sell to any minor any low-point beer. It is unlawful to sell, barter, or offer to sell any low-point beer to any person under the influence of intoxicating liquor, or to permit any intoxicated person to be upon and in the premises where low-point beer is offered for sale and sold.
