§ 42-481. RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF PERSONS OPERATING WHEELCHAIR OR MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR.
   Every person operating a wheelchair or a motorized wheelchair shall have all of the rights and all of the duties applicable to a pedestrian contained in 47 O.S. §§ 11-101 et seq., except those provisions which by their nature can have no application.
