§ 4-54. NOT TO PERMIT DRINKING IN CAFÉ.
   No person operating a café, restaurant, club, or any place of recreation within the city, and no employee engaged in connection with the operation of such a café, restaurant, club, or place of recreation shall permit any person to be drunk or intoxicated in his or her place of business.
