§ 4-32. DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      RETAIL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE STORE. A package store.
      WHOLESALE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE STORE. A store operated under the authority of a state wholesaler’s license.
      WINERY. A manufacturing establishment operated under the authority of a state winemaker’s license.
   (B)   The following specific terms are given the meanings defined for them in the appropriate sections of the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Act: advertise the sale of alcoholic beverages, alcohol, alcoholic beverage, brewery, distillery, manufacturer, original package or original container, package store, person, premises, retail containers, sale, spirits, wholesale dealer in alcoholic beverages, wholesaler, and wine.
