§ 40-102. UNLAWFUL TO HAUL OR DRAG TREES OVER STREETS.
   It is unlawful for any person to haul or otherwise transport any trees, tree trunks, bushes, or other inanimate objects by dragging the same behind any truck, tractor, or other vehicle on, over, or along the streets, alleys, or other public thoroughfares of the city.
