§ 40-101. UNLAWFUL TO DEPOSIT REFUSE ON STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   It is unlawful for any person within the corporate limits of the city to deposit any rubbish, garbage, junk, cans, vegetable or animal refuse, slop, old machinery, waste, or any kind or character of rubbish, junk, or refuse in or upon any of the streets or alleys in the city.
