§ 40-99. UNLAWFUL TO USE STREETS AS A PLACE TO STORE OR PARK.
   It is unlawful for any person to use any street or parking within the corporate limits of the city as a place for keeping or parking any machinery, automobiles, tractors, trucks, junk, or trash of any kind or character.
