§ 40-42. MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY NAMES.
   It is hereby made the duty of the Mayor and the City Clerk to cause all proper and legal certificates of the change of the names of the streets of the city as provided in this section to be certified under seal of the city and filed and made a part of the recorded plat of the city, and of the additions thereto.
