§ 38-129. FUNDING.
   Funding for the Board and the management, improvement, maintenance, operation, and regulation of said parks and recreation venues shall be provided through the one-half cent sales tax designated for that purpose by Ordinance No. 99-827, funds received from the city, federal, and state grants, and contributions received from third parties or other entities. For the purpose of financing the necessary expenditures in carrying out the purpose of this division, there is hereby created in the city accounts and Treasury a special fund to be designated as the “Alva Parks and Recreation Fund,” wherein the aforesaid revenues shall be deposited, appropriated, and used in conformity herewith, including funds previously designated as the “Alva Recreation Complex Fund.”
