All moneys received by the Board on account of the library, including, but not limited to, moneys paid as a result of fines accrued, shall be paid to the City Treasurer, who shall deposit the same in the Municipal Treasury in an account designated the “Library Fund” of the general funds of the city. Such moneys shall be paid out only upon a claims request submitted to the City Council for approval with warrants to be disbursed per policies as set for all city funds.
