§ 38-22. CONVEYANCES.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to sign all certificates of conveyance of lots sold in the cemetery, and it shall be the duty of the City Clerk to countersign all such certificates of conveyance under the seal of the city, showing the price for which the lots are sold, specifying the names of the persons to whom the lots are sold, and describing the lots by number.
