There is hereby created a fund to be known as the Cemetery Care Fund, which fund shall be invested under the direction of the Board of Trustees with the approval of the Council, the interest and income therefrom to be used in the improving, caring for, and embellishing the lots, walks, drives, parks, and other necessary improvements of the cemetery. Of all moneys received from the sale of lots and interments, not less than 25% thereof shall be placed in the Fund.
