§ 38-20. BOARD OF TRUSTEES CREATED.
   There is hereby created a Board of Trustees of the city cemetery consisting of three members, to be appointed by the Mayor of the city, with approval of the City Council, who shall serve a term of six years each and until their successors shall be appointed and qualified.
