§ 36-174. TAX APPORTIONMENT.

   During each respective period of apportionment, the Tax Apportionment Fund:

   (A)   Shall be available to pay project costs under § VIII of the project plan;

   (B)   Shall constitute special funds of the Alva Arena Authority; and

   (C)   Shall not be subject to annual appropriation as a part of the General Fund of the city.
