§ 34-16. BOND OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE AND COURT CLERK.
   The Court Clerk of the Municipal Court shall give bond, in the form provided by 11 O.S. § 27-111, in the sum which is on file in the City Clerk’s office. When executed, the bond shall be submitted to the governing body for approval. When approved, it shall be filed with the Clerk of this municipality and retained in the municipal archives.
