§ 34-5. TERM OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   The official term of the Municipal Judge shall be two years, expiring on June 1 in each odd-numbered year. Each Municipal Judge shall serve until his or her successor is appointed and qualified unless removed by the vote of a majority of all members of the governing body for such cause as is provided for by law for the removal of public officers.
