§ 34-3. JURISDICTION OF COURT.
   The Municipal Court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions wherein a violation of any ordinance of this municipality is charged, including any such prosecutions transferred to the Municipal Court in accordance with applicable law.
