§ 32-68. FIREWORKS REGULATED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to fire, set off, or discharge any fireworks of any kind or description in, at, or upon any of the public streets, avenues, alleys, sidewalks, or public parks within the corporate limits of the city at any time.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to offer for retail sale and sell within the city at any time except from a period of ten days immediately prior to July 4 in any year, any firecrackers of any description, sky rockets, Roman candles, torpedoes, flash salutes, flash firecrackers, or other fireworks or substances designed for fireworks, except as hereinafter provided.
