§ 32-67. LITERATURE OR LANGUAGE RIDICULING RELIGION.
It is unlawful for any person to utter, publish, distribute, or circulate any literature or language within the corporate limits of the city that casts profane ridicule on any deity, or any religion, which would be considered “fighting words” directed towards any person who would reasonably be expected to become outraged and which, in its common acceptance, is calculated or where the natural consequence is to cause a breach of the peace or an assault.
