§ 26-82. HOSPITAL BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT.
   The Hospital Board shall have the power, with the approval of the City Council, to purchase grounds and erect thereon a suitable building for the hospital and to suitably equip the same. The title to the grounds so purchased, as well as any building thereon, shall be taken in the name of the city as grantee.
