The Hospital Board shall make, on or before July 1 in each year hereafter, an annual report to the City Council, stating the condition of its trust on June 30 of that year, the various sums of money and property received, how such moneys have been expended and for what purpose, the financial condition of the hospital, the number of its physicians, attendants, nurses, and employees, and such other information and suggestions as it may deem of general interest.
