§ 2-243. SALARIES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS.
   All appointed officers shall receive such compensation as may from time to time be determined by the Council. If the compensation of any appointed officer shall be lowered after he or she has entered upon the performance of his or her duties, at least 30 days’ notice shall be given to such officer before such reduction shall take effect.
