§ 22-49. PERMIT FOR TRANSPORTATION.
   No truck or tank transporter used for the purpose of hauling liquefied petroleum gas shall be driven on, over, or across the streets or alleys of the city, except and unless the operator of such conveyance shall have in his or her possession a written permit issued by the Chief of the Fire Department of the city in the manner hereinafter prescribed, authorizing the use of the particular street or alley upon which such conveyance shall be located for the transportation of the cargo being transported.
