§ 20-210. APPLICABILITY TO PUBLIC TRUSTS.
   (A)   For all public trusts created pursuant to 60 O.S. §§ 176 through 180, for which the city is beneficiary and for which the trust’s governing body (trustees) are comprised entirely of members of the City Council, the above noted requirements of §§ 20-201 through 20-210, excluding § 20-208 on incurring indebtedness, shall apply.
   (B)   For the purposes of the public trusts, as used above, the terms GOVERNING BODY shall mean board of trustees of the trust, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER shall mean City Business Manager as appointed by the trustees, and TRUST TREASURER shall mean City Treasurer as elected by the citizens of the city or appointed by the City Council.
