§ 2-129. HOW APPOINTED; TERM OF OFFICE.
   The position shall be filled by the Mayor with approval of the City Council, and the person so appointed shall hold office for a period of two years from date of appointment or until his or her successor shall be appointed and qualified, but may be removed at any time, for good cause, by the City Council.
