§ 2-128. POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Business Manager shall maintain supervision over all of the various departments of the city. It shall be his or her duty to see that the various departments are operated in an economical and efficient manner and to the best interest of the city, in cooperation with departmental committees of the City Council.
